Senior HR Business Partner Role

A senior-level professional providing strategic guidance and support to executive leaders on people initiatives.

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to drive workforce planning, organisational capability and succession strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned advisor with extensive experience in complex organisations, possessing strong technical HR capabilities and experience in strategic practices.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field are highly valued, but not essential.

  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner capacity is required.
  • Proven ability to work strategically with executive teams and deliver talent opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in addressing talent challenges and driving business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies
  • Provide expert advice on organisational capability and succession planning
  • Guide the People and Culture program and lifecycle
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
