About the RoleThis newly created role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, including managing our IT Helpdesk Team, overseeing the IT ticketing system, and collaborating with stakeholders on key IT projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues calmly and logically;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively;
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk or similar ticketing systems;
- A customer-first mindset, with a willingness to serve customers with excellence.
