About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our team in Penrith, specializing in Family Law. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage your own files and work closely with our Principal Lawyer on complex Family and Criminal Law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Family Law and Criminal matters while receiving support as needed
  • Attend and run directions, interim hearings, dispute resolution conferences, and other court commitments
  • Research, draft, and manage all court documents, including Applications, Affidavits, and Financial Statements
  • Independently advise clients and manage day-to-day correspondence related to their cases
  • Confer and advise clients on various legal matters
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years post-admission experience in Family Law
  • A Bachelor of Laws and a current Practicing Certificate
  • Experience as a confident advocate in court settings
  • Knowledge of PEXA and LEAP (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
