Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services to clients in home and community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop reports to inform treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a community services setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in computer and mobile technology
