Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Policy Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water and natural resource management policy, as well as a strong understanding of divisional business planning and resource prioritization processes.

This role involves providing expert advice to senior management on complex policy issues, leading consultation and negotiations with industry stakeholders, and delivering priority government projects. You will also be responsible for preparing and overseeing the preparation of complex reports and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on water policy initiatives.
  • Lead and manage stakeholder engagement and negotiation activities.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of reports and submissions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in water and natural resource management policy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of divisional business planning and resource prioritization processes.
