We are seeking an experienced Senior Policy Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production and coordination of high-quality ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, parliamentary documents, and executive reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS.
  • DRAFT, REVIEW, AND COORDINATE HIGH-LEVEL CORRESPONDENCE, BRIEFING NOTES, REPORTS, AND RESPONSES TO MEET THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CLARITY AND ACCURACY.
  • MANAGE THE MINISTERIAL CORRESPONDENCE REGISTRY, ENSURING TASKS ARE APPROPRIATELY TRACKED AND DELIVERED WITHIN AGREED TIMEFRAMES.
  • UPHOLD CONFIDENTIALITY AND HANDLE SENSITIVE INFORMATION WITH DISCRETION.
  • PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, FOSTERING COLLABORATION AND SETTING A HIGH STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
