Policy Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Policy Advisor to join our team. As a Policy Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform policy decisions and recommendations.
  • Communication: Develop and disseminate clear and concise policy briefs and reports to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public policy, law, or international relations.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a policy-related role, preferably in the public sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
