Job Opportunity

CSL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability, leading and managing a Mechanical trades team, and ensuring preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.



Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice in Manufacturing facilities on-site
  • Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions
  • Maintain training and documentation relevant to the mechanical team


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role overseeing contractors or trades
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems and familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

This is an ongoing role working in our afternoon shift. You'll lead and manage a Mechanical trades team, investigating process, plant, and equipment failures, determining their cause, and developing permanent solutions.
