Transforming Youth Mental Health Services

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum.
You will guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads, and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance clinical service delivery
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
- Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision making
- Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline
- Registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or professional body
