About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team and work closely with strategic alliance partners to maximize their relationship with our platform.
You will be responsible for managing relationships, mitigating risks, and overseeing cross-functional activities to enable our partners to leverage our platform on their projects and expand its usage over time.
You will advise and work directly with leaders, super users, and their teams to execute joint alliance plans and priorities, including go-to-market strategies, custom solution development, project delivery, and user enablement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Onboarding: Orient our strategic alliance partners to our support model, create program infrastructure for ramping up and supporting ongoing usage of our platform within partners' consulting businesses, establish and mobilize critical routines and feedback channels to manage our strategic relationship, and set up partner-specific platform tenants for training, demos, and storage of custom solutions.
- Partner Enablement: Co-create and oversee training and enablement plans to help partners build capability on our platform and prepare for project delivery. Deliver basic training to partner users, coordinate with other stakeholders to plan and deliver training for advanced solutions, tailor standard platform enablement or sales content to fit specific alliance objectives or use cases, and set up community of practice within a partner environment.
- Partner Management: Support alliances in defining and managing joint alliance plans across three key dimensions: go-to-market, product development, project delivery, and enablement. Coordinate with Partner Success and Alliances team to establish goals and milestones for individual partners within a region, manage day-to-day operational activities with the partner, including alliance plan management and platform tenant management, prepare and review regular reporting of tenant consumption, usage trending, issue escalation, manage impacted internal stakeholders and extended team members, and work with Sales team to qualify conversions of partner projects to direct license agreements.
