Fraud & Scam Officer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fraud & Scam Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and preventing financial fraud and crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets to identify fraudulent patterns and trends
  • Complete pre-investigation activities and manual alert checks
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all aspects of policy, procedure, and statutory requirements
  • Navigate complex excel spreadsheets and data input

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fraud, risk, or anti-money crime is essential
  • Excellent communication and digital skills
  • Proven experience in Excel and operating high detailed spreadsheets
