Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify fraudulent patterns and prevent financial crime.
  • Complete pre-investigation activities and manual alert checks to support the identification and protection of customers from financial fraud and crime.
  • Maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy, procedure, and statutory requirements to maximize efficiency and minimize risk to the organization and its employees.
  • Navigate complex Excel spreadsheets and data input to support the team's efforts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, with strong administrative skills and the ability to work with multiple systems.
  • Experience in fraud, risk, or anti-money crime is essential, and experience from the banking and financial services industry will be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in Excel and operating high-detailed spreadsheets.
  • Resilience and excellent verbal and digital communication skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
