About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a temporary assignment as a Financial Crime Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to preventing financial fraud and crime.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify fraudulent patterns, completing pre-investigation activities, and maintaining awareness of policy, procedure, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify potential fraud and money laundering activity
  • Complete thorough investigations into suspected cases of financial crime
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements

  • Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
