Global Investment Banking Expert

As a key team member and leader in the Investment Banking coverage area, you will drive critical work streams in transaction execution, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. You will play a vital role in shaping the business culture, capabilities, and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing financial analysis, and presenting internal and client presentations.
  • Lead the implementation of the execution function, working with colleagues and supporting senior bankers.
  • Develop analytical, modelling, writing, and presentation skills to become a senior professional who can generate and execute transactions.
  • Gain knowledge of global and Australian sectors and collaborate with colleagues across various teams and groups.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Prior experience in investment banking or finance-related sectors with an awareness of products and services.
  • A well-rounded academic background from a reputable educational institution.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • General understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and committed with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
