Overview

Pendium Advisory is Australia's leading service provider to real estate businesses, specialising in brokerage, valuation, and advisory. We're looking for a Transaction Associate to join our rapidly growing business. You'll work alongside our directors on rent roll and real estate business sales, keeping deals on track, supporting key tasks, and communicating seamlessly. You'll be dealing directly with some of the country's most successful real estate business owners — the decision-makers who've built multi-million-dollar legacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification & Management — Prospect new opportunities, qualify buyer enquiries, and manage leads through a structured framework. With detailed CRM profiling and lead scoring, ensure only the strongest opportunities progress to senior brokers.
  • Transaction Support — Be hands-on across the full deal cycle: assist with presentations and coordinating marketing collateral, manage communication with buyers, sellers and legal teams, and track progress through due diligence. Post-settlement, help oversee smooth handovers, client communications and integration check-ins to ensure each transaction is a success.
  • Systems & Process Development — Take ownership of the CRM and reporting systems to keep buyer and seller data accurate, track performance metrics, and support seamless handovers. Drive quality and consistency by monitoring service standards, capturing client feedback, and leading regular reviews to improve processes and optimise efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales, property management, business development in property, or valuation (including those studying part time).
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) plus bonuses. Anticipated salary $150,000+
