**Transaction Advisory Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Transaction Advisory Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading core financial due diligence, identifying key risks and deal breakers, assessing strengths and weaknesses against industry benchmarks, and evaluating potential transactions within clients' investment strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing detailed financial statement information
  • Synthesizing data into meaningful insights
  • Assessing reported earnings, net assets and cash flows
  • Constructing deal-oriented reports
  • Leading engagement teams and managing multiple chargeable projects

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in accounting, with a bachelor's or master's degree in the field and preferably hold a CPA or CA certification. Additionally, you should have experience working in a Big Four firm, possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and have experience with data analytics and visualization software.
