We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, lead generation, and audience management & engagement for our brand.
The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with agency partners to manage and optimize performance-based campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social, and digital advertising. You will be the go-to point of contact for managing performance marketing budgets and will work closely with agency partners to deliver a strong performance baseline, complemented with an ongoing test and learn approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic support for performance marketing channels, SEM, SEO, Programmatic & Social.
• Manage the set budget, ensuring projects are kept to/within budget.
• Support the development of post-analysis and prepare results for internal discussion/presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. Google).
• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications) to achieve marketing goals.
Requirements:
• Degree qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in performance marketing is highly regarded.
• Proven experience dealing with paid search, performance platforms, and related systems.
• Ability to build and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of budgets.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team environment.
• Advanced at using the Microsoft Office suite of programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
