About the Role:
Western Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health & Safety Advisor for the New Footscray Hospital project.
The Occupational Health and Safety Advisor at the New Footscray Hospital will be responsible for ensuring OHS requirements are identified and appropriately managed for the transition of Western Health services from the current Footscray Hospital to the New Footscray Hospital.
This is a Public, Private Partnership project, and the successful applicant will be liaising and negotiating with multiple stakeholders, providing expert advice on all OHS matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage OHS requirements for the New Footscray Hospital project
- Liaise and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
- Provide expert advice on all OHS matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant OHS legislation and regulations
What You'll Need:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
- Experience in delivering OHS services to a large commercial facility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and provide expert advice on OHS matters
