We are a global leader in the cultivation and production of Lemon Myrtle.

The Role:

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production operations across two sites in NSW and QLD. This senior role will oversee production teams, maintain product quality, drive operational improvements, and align farm-to-factory processes across states.

  • Lead production operations across NSW and QLD sites (frequent travel required)
  • Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
  • Mentor production supervisors and foster a strong team culture
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, WHS, and operational protocols
  • Collaborate with farm, QA, logistics, and sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both sites
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in multi-site production leadership
  • Background in agriculture, food manufacturing, or related sectors
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability
  • Project management and organisational excellence
  • Proficiency with quality systems and regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites
