Senior Product Operations Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will drive the product operations function, leading a team of product managers. Your purpose is to ensure operational excellence and provide critical insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a global team of product managers, creating a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide clear direction and development opportunities to empower your team to proactively solve problems and navigate complex organisational environments.
- Lead the incident response and resolution process, owning the escalation path for high-impact issues.
- Establish and maintain service level agreements to provide world-class support for operational teams and clients.
- Manage the feedback loop, leveraging strategic insights to inform and optimise product strategy.
- Evaluate, optimise, and scale product systems and processes, specialising in core financial services.
- Drive a data-first approach to product operations, analysing customer issues to identify key themes and trends.
- Direct the creation of comprehensive knowledge management systems and processes.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a technology operations or service delivery team.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related field.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
