**Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor

**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled quantity surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in estimating, planning, and cost monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform various traditional quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning, and cost management.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management.
  • Full Australian working rights and currently located in Australia.
  • Professional membership with RICS/AIQS (highly regarded).
  • Proficient in the use of Cost X.
