Job Position: Senior Concession Leader

As a Senior Concession Leader, you will be responsible for driving the concession stores' business outcomes and key performance metrics.

  • Establish a customer-centric environment, creating an engaging and meaningful in-store experience
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
  • Ensure the team comprehends all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen and strategic planning
  • Empower and inspire your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Leaders
