Job Title: Assistant Concession Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Concession Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our concession stores.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with delivering financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also involve building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Support the Concession Manager: Ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and Empower the Team: Collaborative leadership, training and development to inspire and empower your team to deliver exceptional results.
