Job Description

Our concession store team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Concession Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing team and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the concession team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Create a culture of customer-centricity through active coaching and mentorship
  • Maintain a safe and supportive work environment with operational excellence at the forefront
  • Manage product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Recruit, train, and grow the team's skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
  • Champion our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
  • A passion for footwear, fashion, and creating authentic service moments
  • Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
  • Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve KPIs
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
