The Role

Reporting to the Concession Manager, this position will assist leading a dynamic, fashion forward team that are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales and key performance indicators within our David Jones Concession business.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with driving a customer centric culture ensuring that each customer looks and feel fabulous
- Assist with driving sales and profit ensuring the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
- Providing leadership, training and developing team capability
- Ensure the team have an understanding of the performance of the concession
- Support the Concession Manager with managing costs
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
- Experience in achieving sales in a fashion concession environment while managing brand objectives and visual merchandise
- A passion for the retail industry and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Ambition to progress within Retail
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or working in a high sales turnover retail business
- Basic understanding of budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a small to medium team
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
