Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Concession Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a customer-focused culture, empowering the team through ongoing training and mentoring, and working with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff. They will be a supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.

The Cluster Concession Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving a customer-focused culture and creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Working with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing back-of-house administration

The successful candidate will possess commercial acumen with the ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs. They will also have an eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising, as well as exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • A supportive leadership style with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
