Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our client's Brisbane team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on budgeted targets for assigned territory, ensuring account planning and management is implemented through regular performance monitoring, and identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

The Role:
  • Deliver on budgeted targets for assigned territory, ensuring a strong commercial acumen and good understanding of pricing/margin.
  • Implement effective account planning and management through regular performance monitoring, ensuring all key stakeholders and direct customers within the target segments are satisfied.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, developing and presenting winning customer value propositions to key accounts.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with customers, ensuring effective price management for accounts through appropriate price rises and managing credits.
  • Complete sales reports and other administration tasks where required, working in teams and autonomously.
Your Background:
  • 3+ years' experience across the 3PL industry, with a strong understanding of sales/business development/account management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with strong communication skills and ability to work in teams and autonomously.
  • Commercial acumen with a good understanding of pricing/margin, and experience negotiating and managing contracts.
