We are on the hunt for Senior Consultants and Managers who possess outstanding Engineering skills and can contribute meaningfully to our dynamic environment. A diversity of skill levels is welcome, and we offer opportunities for skill development.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering systems engineering services within the Defence Maritime environment, specifically within the One Defence Capability System. This individual should be an Australian Citizen, able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.

The successful candidate will boast:

  • A Bachelor or equivalent level qualification in Engineering
  • Minimum three years post graduate experience
  • Experience working within the Defence Maritime environment
  • An active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or higher)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, including within sensitive environments while under limited guidance
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality written products
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a humanistic approach to everything you do
