Lead Defence and National Security Digital Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our defence and national security client business and technology challenges, as well as cloud technologies.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute digital engineering strategies for defence and national security clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the defence and national security sectors.
  • Cloud Solutions: Drive adoption of sovereign, classified cloud technologies within defence and national security projects.
  • Team Development: Grow, mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital engineers and consultants.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the defence and national security landscape.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee delivery of complex digital engineering projects.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership in digital engineering.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, with a strong focus on defence and national security.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, building organisational capabilities, sales, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
