**Job Title:** Engineering Leader - Integration and Innovation

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our team as a key member of our Defence organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic engineering leadership support to captures and new business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams in Defence projects and programs
  • Provide strategic engineering leadership support to captures and new business pursuits
  • Bulletin project planning, execution, and delivery across different methodologies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Professional Engineer status
  • Strong ability to influence and guide various stakeholder groups
  • Practical exposure across different Project Management methodologies
  • Systems Engineering training and/or courses
