We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-value capital projects in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Extensive experience delivering high-risk construction projects in complex operational environments such as higher education, healthcare, or government is required.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting, and value-for-money assurance, are necessary.
  • An advanced understanding of construction standards, building codes, sustainability frameworks, and contract administration is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex capital projects ensuring alignment with project management frameworks, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage high-level stakeholder engagement, working with internal and external partners to influence outcomes and meet strategic goals.
  • Oversight of all phases of the project lifecycle - from planning and procurement to construction and commissioning, ensuring smooth transition to operational use and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading complex capital projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, risk management, and contract administration.
