The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Manager (Capital and Minor Works) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Lead the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Effectively supervise the management and engagement of external stakeholders including specialist engineering consultants and contractors
- Provide effective consultation to provide timely authoritative advice to Executive Leadership Team, clinical leaders, and Department of Health stakeholders
- Provide specialist advice and support to the Senior Director Asset Management
- Lead and manage the collation and management of accurate financial, human resource, risk management and project activity information

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and or/equivalent experience across a relevant discipline such as construction management, business, engineering, facilities management or commerce will be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Driver Licence
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time.
- Base salary ranging from $135 456 - $143 329 per annum
