About the Role
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for assigned territory, focusing on growth and acquisition.
  • Refine and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Create account plans for key accounts and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to develop and expand sales opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Gather in-depth knowledge of customer industries and government agencies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead large-scale sales initiatives and proposals to secure new business.
  • Owning customer issues and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Taking responsibility for commercial and contractual relationships for engagements.
  • Identifying new opportunities outside of goals and facilitating engagement with colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to grow existing and new business, meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets. They should also have experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing customers to adopt products, and developing strategic vendor partnerships.
