About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver structural design solutions for bridge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the design of bridge projects to meet program, scope, quality and financial requirements;
  • Work on various scales of bridge and other structural projects across the life cycle – concept, design & construction, management, assessment and end of life;
  • Engage with government clients, contractors and project stakeholders to drive outstanding service delivery;
  • Champion our culture of delivering on quality and client expectations;
  • Role model our expected quality and OH&S behaviours both within project delivery and on the job.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years of Bridge Engineering experience;
  • Analysis experience with SpaceGASS (mandatory) and Midas Civil (preferred);
  • Demonstrated experience in bridge design to AS5100;
  • Experience in Road and/or Rail Bridge assessment and/or design;
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work in Australia for at least the next 3 years using existing visa/residency arrangements.
