Job Title: State Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a State Manager. The successful candidate will oversee our retail portfolio, drive sales and growth through strategic leadership, and lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional and Area Leaders.

The State Manager role involves managing multiple direct reports, analyzing business results, implementing store-specific strategies, achieving profitability targets, cultivating a winning culture, holding team members accountable, and implementing performance and development plans.
