We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and promote growth.
    • Technical Excellence: Drive technical innovation, ensure high operational standards, and maintain clean designs.
    • Delivery Quality & Speed: Improve delivery quality and speed by reducing lead time, minimizing change failure rates, and prioritizing customer impact.
    • Continuous Delivery: Implement processes that enable continuous delivery, emphasizing reliability, observability, and system health.
    • Autonomy & Accountability: Establish clear goals, decision rights, and expectations while promoting cross-team collaboration.
  • Requirements:
    • Prior experience in senior leadership or engineering management roles.
    • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams to improve quality and speed through technical and process changes.
    • Expertise in distributed systems and data integrity at scale.
    • Ability to plan and deliver sprints with product and tech leads, balancing new work, enhancements, bugs, and maintenance.
    • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
