We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Focus Area: Co-ordinate all mill circuit & centrifugal pump product development and product portfolio planning and lead NPI and commercialization processesFocus Area: Practice a robust product lifecycle management discipline to maintain a commercially successfully product rangeFocus Area: Develop and implement, in conjunction with regional Marketing Managers, centrifugal pump product plans and activities to increase sales and market share of the full pump product portfolio.Focus Area: Coordinate global product advertising, support and promotional activities (including internet website) in conjunction with the Marketing Communications ManagerSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years leading an industrial product line through the entire Product Management cycle.Bachelor's degree and combination of work experiences to demonstrate similar capabilityAny equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.20% International Travel expected.Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
