Job Role: Transformation Manager

The key role of the Transformation Manager is to facilitate smooth transitions across the portfolio while minimizing disruptions to delivery. This involves driving change management strategies and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Core areas of focus include:

  • Driving identification, implementation, and adoption of change across the portfolio
  • Management of PI planning across member portfolio
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to manage the active list for consideration and planning, including capacity overlay
  • Championing continuous improvement methods, frameworks, tools, and processes
  • Generating detailed reports to inform the domain on initiatives, business value, relative priority, objective, and benefits as a key input for PI planning consideration
  • Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports/papers for senior stakeholders and Executive Committees

Other key responsibilities and accountabilities include change management, continuous improvement involving quarterly PI planning, capacity management, and standardizing operations models and practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a comparable role
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset, seeking perfection and having a true quality focus
  • Understanding of operations, procedures, and policies related to the business area
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional written communication and business paper writing skills
  • First-class project management skills and experience
  • Statistical and analytical skills; ability to analyze data and tailor information to the needs of the audience

Formal qualifications and training in Project Management/Change Management are desirable.
