Dynamic Clinical Pharmacist

This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service within a multidisciplinary framework. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of senior pharmacists, adhering to prescribed professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities- To demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect towards patients, carers, and staff.
- To possess excellent communication skills to facilitate service provision and development within legal frameworks.
- To have core knowledge, expertise, and skills in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice, hospital pharmacy service delivery, and medication management.
- To provide patient care within a healthcare facility using high-level written and oral communication skills.
- To contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy and the broader multidisciplinary team.
- To participate in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of internal systems.
- Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
- A recognized tertiary degree in Pharmacy from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, conferring eligibility for registration.
