Lead Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver advanced Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy clinical services within our multidisciplinary service.
This role is part of our Flow Improvement Services Medicine (FISM) team, which works closely with General Medicine teams at Ipswich Hospital. FISM provides comprehensive patient-centred care to ensure efficient patient flow throughout hospital admission and timely discharge.
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage high-complexity clinical caseloads, drive quality and service improvement activities, and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Contemporary specialist-level knowledge and skills in acute inpatient services.
- Ability to independently manage complex clinical caseloads.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to drive quality and service improvement initiatives.
