About the role
The Digital Health Project Clinical Lead will provide specialised clinical informatics skills and services to support implementation of Digital Health projects, to support improved delivery of healthcare services across West Moreton Health (WMH). The role will undertake project management activities and contribute to project planning to progress and manage clinical deliverables in accordance with the project lifecycle.
About you
- Expert clinical knowledge on work practices in the development, management and implementation of digital platforms involving medication prescribing.
- Ability to provide consultative leadership, direction and advice to a range of stakeholders in the implementation of Digital Health projects and initiatives.
- High-level critical analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills using a systematic, evidence-based approach with a solution focus.
- Flexibility and willingness to rapidly adapt to meet the needs of stakeholders in a complex and challenging environment.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) from a recognised tertiary institution and registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
- Possession of a post graduate qualification, or evidence of enrolment in a post graduate program, in a relevant area of study would be highly desirable.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
