About the Role:
The Lifecycle Campaign Specialist is a key member of the Audience & Marketing team within the REA Group.
As a specialist in customer experience, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized omni-channel programs that drive audience awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan and execute cross-channel customer marketing campaigns, leveraging our marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze).
- Develop and optimize messaging and communications to build a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with customer Product, GTM, CX, and sales teams to drive awareness of products and reach revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.

The Lifecycle and Engagement team is dedicated to driving audience awareness, engagement, and conversion through personalized marketing efforts.
