About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Australia Post. As a key member of our Customer Experience program, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Support the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives
About You

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer experience. You will have a strong understanding of data analysis and quality assurance principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in market research or customer experience analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CX-specific software and platforms
