Domestic Property Claims Consultant Job Summary

This role involves managing new domestic property claims from clients and establishing a pathway to resolve their claims. You will also handle a portfolio of complex claims that require dedicated focus and expertise due to the complexity surrounding the claims or customer needs.

About This Role
  • You will have previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including escape of liquids, break and enter claims.
  • You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • You will have strong policy analysis and interpretation skills.
  • You will be able to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • You will have exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new domestic property claims from clients.
  • Establish a pathway to resolve claims.
  • Handle a portfolio of complex claims.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
