As a Claims Professional, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients who are facing unexpected situations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage new domestic property claims, ensuring that customers receive fair treatment and satisfactory outcomes.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • End-to-end claims management, including policy interpretation, liaising with stakeholders, settlement negotiation, and claim resolution.

  • Proactively working with customers to identify and drive solutions that meet their unique needs.

  • Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers by providing tailored support that aligns with our company's values and customer expectations.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to your colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance team performance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including but not limited to escape of liquids, break and enter claims.

  • A comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret policies and provide informed recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
