You will also be responsible for handling a portfolio of claims which require dedicated focus and expertise due to the complexity surrounding the claims or customer needs.What are my accountabilities?
End-to-end claims management incl.
policy interpretation, liaising with stakeholders, settlement negotiation & claim resolutionProactively and strategically working with customers on identifying and driving solutionsIdentify and support vulnerable customers providing experience inline with Sedgwick and the clients expectationsAct as a expert reference point and mentor to your colleaguesAbout You:Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including but not limited to escape of liquids, break and enter claimsA comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of PracticeStrong policy analysis and interpretation skillsAbility to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlinesExceptional communication, organisational and customer service skillsCaring CultureIt's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
