Relocation Specialist

As a key player in relocation initiatives, this role entails serving as the primary point of contact for Australian Defence Force members and their families during their relocation across Australia.
Responsibilities:- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end relocation experience to relocating ADF members and their families through premium case management, policy adherence, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure members and their families comprehend service scope and the relocation lifecycle.
- Proactively administer Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements align with policy and client KPIs.
- Respond to routine phone and email inquiries.
- Previous case management experience is highly desirable (i.e., global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel).
- Strong ability to interpret policy and legislation is required.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is mandatory.
- Mandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
