Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding relocation experiences to ADF members and their families
- Ensure policy compliance and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Administer defence relocation policy and entitlements
- Respond to routine enquiries

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Case Management Experience: advantageous in global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel roles
- Effective interpretation of policy and legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
