As a Contact Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients relocating globally. The role involves assisting with relocation enquiries and needs by delivering first-class advice, assistance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.

You will conduct questionnaires with clients, perform data entry and general administration duties, and liaise with third parties where relevant to in relation to relocation services.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.

  • A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a high volume, fast-paced Contact Centre
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service position
  • Excellent keyboard skills and ability to navigate computer systems (Microsoft suite)
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and processes applicable to the relocations industry
  • A commitment and passion to provide first-class service to the client and put their needs first
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
