Key Finance Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Accountant to fill a key finance role. As a leader in aged care, disability support, mental health services, and social housing, we provide accurate and transparent financial insights that enable strategically-aligned decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations, as well as annual budget preparation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide information to auditors as requested.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
  • Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (essential).
  • Experience applying accounting standards and/or accounting principles in a work environment (desirable).
